We are Enneagram Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand (EAANZ)—a not-for-profit, member-based organisation supporting a vibrant and inclusive Enneagram community across our region.
As an official regional affiliate of the International Enneagram Association, we exist to bring people together to share learning, practice ethics, and engage meaningfully with the Enneagram. Our role is to support connection across diverse approaches, backgrounds, and levels of experience, while helping the Enneagram be used with care, depth, and integrity.
EAANZ is a regional home for people who are curious about, learning with, teaching, or professionally working with the Enneagram in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
We are not a single school, methodology, or teaching lineage. Instead, we serve as a collaborative umbrella—supporting dialogue, education, and relationships across the many ways the Enneagram is studied and applied.
As a not-for-profit organisation, we are guided by stewardship rather than commercial interest. Our work is led by volunteers and shaped by the needs and contributions of our community.

We foster spaces where people can meet, learn from one another, and feel a sense of belonging within the Enneagram community.

We support accessible, high-quality Enneagram education that encourages depth, discernment, and ongoing growth - whether someone is new to the Enneagram or deeply experienced.

We uphold ethical, inclusive, and responsible use of the Enneagram, recognising the influence this framework can have on individuals, groups, and organisations.
We are committed to ethical Enneagram practice, inclusive community, and learning that reflects the diverse voices and contexts of Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

We hold responsibility for representing the diverse cultures, perspectives, and voices of Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand with honesty, respect, and care.

We cultivate a warm, inclusive not-for-profit community where people feel welcome, connected, and supported.

We are committed to ethical, transparent, and responsible engagement with the Enneagram.

We support personal and collective growth through learning environments that encourage reflection, self-awareness, and positive change.

We are committed to making Enneagram learning accessible, inclusive, and equitable across our region.
