Somatic Enneagram Free Webinar

2026-10-12 at 19:00 — Online

Heather Brown will be introducing the Somatic Enneagram: what it is, how it has been developed and how it can help you on your inner journey. We’ll do some practices to give you a taste of the Somatic Enneagram method.

” Marion Gilbert’s work with the Somatic Enneagram presents a unique and transformative approach to personal growth by integrating the wisdom of the body. Traditionally, the Enneagram has been studied from a cognitive and emotional perspective, focusing on the nine types’ mental and emotional patterns. However, Gilbert’s somatic approach delves deeper, recognizing that the body is a crucial element in understanding and transforming these patterns. By tuning into the body’s instinctual responses, individuals can begin to access a more profound level of awareness and healing.”

Group Coaching Cohort for Enneagram 3s, 6s, and 9s

2026-10-14 — Online

If you find you learn best in community, this one’s for you. Christi Engle from Perennial Coaching (based in the US) and Sarina Sherring (Reflect The Original) are facilitating a six week group coaching cohort for 3s, 6s, and 9s. There’s something about doing this work alongside others who share your patterns that changes the depth of the work.

Working from an object relations lens alongside the lines of growth and stress that connect these three types, we’ll explore how you attach and how to stay present in relationships, even and especially when it’s challenging.

We’re currently locking down dates, but it’s looking most likely we’ll begin Wednesday 14th October, running six consecutive weeks until Wednesday 18th November 2026, 9am–10:15am AEST (timed to work for both AU/NZ and US participants)
